Where Taken: Johannesburg
When you speak of the word ‘Zest’, the first thing that comes to my mind is a lemon, but what exactly does zest mean? As a definition, the zest of a lemon is the outer, colourful skin that is often added to food to give it that extra zing in flavour. This can be related to the people of South Africa, who are all filled with that special bit of zest that makes an already incredible country even more fulfilled, colourful and full of flavour. We all have the special ingredient in us, but some people don’t want to share it. If we all come together and share our ingredients, just imagine what an incredible thing we can create.
Be proud, be passionate and share your love for Africa.
